Hello! I'm Kurt, and I have spent over two decades advising and counselling senior executives from some of the world's largest organisations when it comes to their most strategic and critical hires.  I am Hogan accredited to administer and interpret the:

• Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)
• Hogan Development Survey (HDS)
• Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

I'm also DISC certified, and a Personality and Ability Test User accredited with the British Psychological Society.

Throughout my career, I have encountered executives at all stages of their work journey and, with my knowledge and experience, have guided them towards positive change in their personal and professional lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring with some national charities where I provide career advice and counselling to those less confident in their abilities.​
